For this new luxury residence, we crafted an interior that strikes a balance between sophistication and ease. Every element – from the bespoke soft furnishings to the carefully chosen hard finishes – was designed and sourced to reflect the client’s vision. A serene light-toned palette flows throughout, creating a contemporary space that feels airy and indulgent, where every detail speaks of quiet luxury.
Spanning six levels, the home reveals a sense of refinement and scale as you move upwards through the interior. The ground floor features a generous garage and double-volume lobby, establishing a grand and welcoming arrival. Above, the first floor accommodates the domestic quarters, planned discreetly to support the home’s functionality. The second floor forms the heart of daily living, with expansive open-plan entertainment areas, a pool terrace and a curated wine room that extends the social life of the home. Private bedroom suites occupy the third and fourth floors, accompanied by a study and intimate lounge spaces that offer places for quiet retreat.
The top level is dedicated entirely to wellness, conceived as a sanctuary overlooking the Atlantic Seaboard. A fully equipped gym, sauna, steam room, ice bath and outdoor terrace create a spa-like environment, grounded by soft natural textures and uninterrupted coastal views.
