We designed this contemporary home’s interior architecture and hard finishes, pairing a light, airy palette with the warmth of timber. The result is a refined, luxurious space where natural textures and clean lines create timeless elegance, complemented by soft furnishings by Tonic Design.
A family home is organised around a central courtyard, the home has high quality finishes and incredible views – thanks to its position on a steep sloping site. A terrace and pool overlooking the ocean to the north of the site make the most of the exquisite Atlantic Seaboard views. But most importantly is the relationship of the kitchen to the home, connecting it with the outside, to both the courtyard and views of the garden and beyond, to Signal Hill and the Atlantic Ocean.
Custom kitchen cabinetry by Spotlight Joinery adds a beautiful finish to the heart of the home.
