The Point

The Point is situated on Main Road in Sea Point, one of Cape Town’s most densely populated suburbs. It is a compact site which meant that we had to fully exploit the allowable bulk. Thus, there are three levels of underground parking, and three levels of shopping and offices above.

We were also responsible for the highly acclaimed interiors of the public spaces. Urbanistically, the Point has been highly successful as it has helped reinvigorate Main Road whilst also providing parking and the convenience of suburban shopping.
