Peerutin Karol has worked on commercial design projects all over the world, from Sub Saharan Africa to the United Kingdom and Middle East, including Israel and Dubai.
Residential
Many of Peerutin Karol’s residential projects are situated on Cape Town’s prestigious Atlantic Seaboard, but we have also designed luxury homes as far afield as Nigeria and Israel. Our residential architecture portfolio includes luxury homes, apartment buildings and residential estates.
Outsourcing
Peerutin Karol has provided architectural outsourcing services to firms in Africa, Europe and Asia for more than 20 years. We offer everything from early architectural support services, to detailed design, to full working drawings. All to be in accordance with the RIBA Work stages, UK standards, codes, and regulations, as applicable at varying stages of a project depending on requirements.
