Liberty Grande

This was a very interesting project for us in 2004, comprising a conversion of an old and disused hospital into a residential building of approximately 300 units, with a Call centre and office space on the lower ground floors.

It was one of the first micro-apartment buildings in Cape Town. We also designed a communal area on the roof of the call centre, with a swimming pool, garden space and basketball court.
