Fresnaye Ave Des Huguenots

The site is situated on the corner of Ave des Huguenots and Ave de Longueville in Fresnaye. The site belonged to our Client who had their family home on the property. They wanted to demolish the existing house and maximise the site, to create four new luxury apartments, all being orientated towards Lions Head.

Each floor was designed to be a luxury apartment, with a communal garden and swimming pool on the ground level, and a basement level of parking.
