A corner site on Newlands Avenue was bought by our client containing an old house which was demolished. The site was then subdivided and four freestanding houses designed on the property. The houses were designed to be spec houses, and was an investment property for our Client.
Each house was double storey, comprising open-plan kitchen, living and dining areas, leading onto gardens and swimming pools. The double garages had direct access into the house, with three en-suite bedrooms upstairs.
The aesthetic approach to the house was to provide neutral colours with simple and modern clean lines, with views of the mountain.
