Cadogan Place

This 4-unit residential development marks a new point of departure for our clients, Urban Space Property Developers. Well known for their quality Georgian style developments in the ‘Hen-and-chicken’ areas of Upper Claremont, Urban Space decided to create a more contemporary product in this project.

Externally, crisp white plaster, timber shutters and contrasting dark aluminium windows form the materials palette whilst on the inside, a blend of natural stone, timber floors, white plaster and off-shutter concrete create an informal, warm and contemporary atmosphere.
