The last remaining plot in the prestigious Nettleton Estate was developed specifically for the market for sale. As such, this house was a close collaboration between developer and architect to balance the economic constraints of such a development with the expectations of the sector of the market to which it being offered. Unlike other ‘speculative’ developments, however, little expense was spared in delivering a high-end product.

The design challenge was to create a home that would appeal to a wide spectrum of potential purchasers yet be unique enough to feel bespoke. Through the restrained use of high-quality materials and the inclusion of all the expected components such as home automation and security, this 1200m2 house does all that is required of it and retains its sculptural place among the high quality homes alongside.
