22 on Long

22 on Long St was originally designed by us as an office building in the early 1980’s. With the change to residential in the Cape Town CBD, we were commissioned to design three extra penthouse floors and convert the building to residential. Due to the corporate reorganization of the Billion Group, this project never came to fruition.
